Sandra’s 30-year+ sales career spans two continents and three industries. For 16 years Sandra owned and operated a retail business in Greece. Upon returning to Canada in 2002, she went into advertising sales specializing in marketing solutions for real estate professionals. And in 2007, Sandra left advertising to embark on her third (and she suspects final) career as a Realtor.
Sandra’s broad knowledge base, strong sales & marketing background and multi-cultural experience make her uniquely suited to the business of residential real estate in the GTA.
Sandra was raised in Etobicoke and attended Kipling Collegiate. She graduated with honours from The University of Western Ontario with a liberal arts degree in English literature and went on to Ryerson University’s graduate journalism program.
Since 2007, Sandra has consistently provided award-winning service to her clients, achieving the Lifetime Award of Excellence in 2017, and ranking in the Top 2% among Royal LePage agents across Canada in 2021.

Born and raised in Etobicoke, Joanne grew up in the neighbourhoods of Eatonville and Humber Valley Village. Now she and her husband are raising their two children in the Sunnylea area.
Life with two kids has kept Joanne busy for the last 12 years and she has taken an active role in the local community during that time. She has worked in several volunteer roles including: President of the Board at the Royal York Road Nursery School and Chairperson of the Sunnylea JPS Parent Council’s fundraising committee. More recently, Joanne worked for the Toronto District School Board and helped launch a local small business before joining Sandra Sheffield & Associates.
An avid skier, Joanne and her family are members of the Osler Bluff Ski Club in Collingwood, where they spend many of their weekends during the winter. Joanne enjoys the variety and fast pace of working on Sandra’s busy and innovative real estate team.
